Questions

Will my photo be accepted?

We size and position your photo to the published rules and check for common problems like closed eyes, shadows and tilted heads. If an official office rejects it because of how we processed it, we'll redo it or refund you.

Can I use a group photo?

Yes, as long as your face is large and sharp enough. We'll tell you if it isn't, so you don't pay for a photo that won't work.

How do I print it myself?

Print the 4x6 sheet at 100% size (no "fit to page") at any photo kiosk such as CVS, Walgreens or Boots. It usually costs under $1.

How long does mailing take?

Prints are made at the lab closest to you and usually arrive in 3–8 business days depending on your country.

What happens to my photo?

Photos you don't buy are deleted within 24 hours. Purchased photos are kept for 30 days so you can download them again, then deleted.
